LEADERS (EM & UK):
- Highlights leaders who exemplify diligence, commitment, and accountability while mentoring others and driving PSF’s vision.
- Awards: Most Committed Leader, Most Diligent Leader, Leader of the Year.
DEPARTMENTS AND REGIONS:
- Honours departments and regions demonstrating teamwork, consistency, and impactful activities throughout the year.

The awards categories are meticulously designed to recognize seeds, workers, and leaders across Europe Mainland (EM) and the United Kingdom (UK). Each award acknowledges outstanding performance, consistency, and impact in various roles and responsibilities.

Winning Criteria

Winning is based on two main factors:

Public Votes: 60% of the score is derived from the number of votes a nominee receives before the event.
Supporters on Zoom: 40% of the score is determined by the number of supporters who join the event with the nominee’s code in their names.
