Pastor Leke Adeboye
Pastor Leke Adeboye is a pastor, leadership mentor, entrepreneur, and global voice to young Christians across the world. He is a senior leader in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), serving as the Pastor-in-Charge of the Pastors’ Seed Family (PSF) worldwide, where he provides direction, mentorship, and spiritual covering for the fellowship of pastors’ and ministers’ children around the nations.
He is also the Senior Personal Assistant to the General Overseer of RCCG, Pastor E.A. Adeboye. Through this role, he contributes to strategic mission work, global ministry coordination, and organizational leadership across the RCCG network.
Called to ministry from a young age, Pastor Leke has a heart for raising a generation of believers who are spiritually grounded, confident in their identity, and committed to kingdom impact. His leadership has strengthened PSF structures internationally, fostering unity, discipleship, and purposeful living among young ministers and leaders.
In addition to ministry, he is a vision-driven entrepreneur. He is the founder of multiple ventures, including Oasis Suya Eatery & Grill and The Leke Adeboye Foundation, through which he supports youth empowerment, creativity, and community development initiatives.
Pastor Leke studied Aerospace Engineering, and furthered his academic and leadership training in the UK and Nigeria, bringing a blend of technical insight, innovation, and spiritual conviction to his work.
He is married to Pastor Titilope Adeboye, and together they serve God with passion, joy, and an unwavering commitment to building lives and advancing God’s Kingdom.
Pastor Silas Onoha
Pastor Silas Omoha is a pastor, worship leader, author, and influential mentor within the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). He is widely recognized within the Pastors’ Seed Family (PSF) for his leadership, training impact, and commitment to raising a generation of spiritually grounded, disciplined, and kingdom-minded young leaders.
He began ministry at a young age and has served in various key ministry expressions, particularly in worship ministry and leadership development. His experience includes directing worship teams, training music ministers, and supporting churches in building healthy worship structures and culture.
Pastor Silas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and English and a Master’s Degree in Global Affairs and Diplomacy from the University of Buckingham (UK). His background in both ministry and global leadership has shaped his unique approach: bridging spiritual excellence with clarity, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership.
He is the author of the book The Last Time You Sang to Me, which has been used globally as a resource for worship ministries, choir directors, and Christian creatives seeking depth, character, and excellence in service to God.
Today, Pastor Silas continues to speak, teach, lead, train worship teams, mentor young ministers, and inspire Pastors’ Seeds across nations — with a vision to see a generation that loves God deeply, leads with integrity, and builds lasting Kingdom impact.
