NextGen Connect

It’s already the sixth month of the year 2025. What did you do this year to rekindle the fire that burns within you for Christ?

This year, the Pastors’ Seeds Family (PSF) across Europe Mainland gathered for the maiden edition of the program: NextGen Connect (NGC). Before sharing some incredible moments of the event with you, let’s take a moment to walk you through what NGC is all about and why it is important in a time like this more than ever.

What  is NextGen Connect (NGC)?

The NGC is a program that gives pastors’ children the opportunity to come together in a spiritual and empowering physical environment seeking God’s face in unison through worship and prayer, learning from the wealth of knowledge of many seasoned spiritual leaders, financially independent Christian pioneers and career driven professionals so as to help them gain understanding on how to succeed spiritually, financially and professionally in this ever changing world.

NGC is a light that has come to evade darkness. It is a program that came at a time when darkness is glooming and men are no longer lovers of God but lovers of the world

Also, in a time when darkness looms, as 2 Timothy 3:1 says, ‘‘men are lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,” NGC is a light that has come to evade darkness by serving as a call to return for lost sheep,  wounded soldiers of the faith and for a generation seeking to stay through in the midst of the storm.

NGC has come to restore men back to God, at a time when the lost sheep and wounded armies need to find their routes back to base. It features refreshing moments of fellowship, seminars, workshops, prayers, training, commitment, volunteering, growth and a faith-work with God.

How golden is NGC?

“One shall chase a thousand and two shall chase ten thousand”  (Joshua 23:10-11). In a time like this, where values are declining, where goals are rapidly evolving, where faith is diminishing, there is a need to constantly remind Christian youths of their identity, irrespective of the situations they find themselves in. In this light, a physical gathering beyond the four walls of the sanctuary helps stir up this conviction and propagate a sense of belonging and support that most people want. Through this gathering, confidence is instilled in pastors’ seeds to stand the test of time and the trials of life, especially standing for God and maintaining Christian values, ethics, and integrity in a completely skeptical and adulterous world.

What was this year’s NGC about?

Now, take a deep breath. We just got there! Let’s talk about this year’s NGC

From April 10th to 12th, this year’s edition of NGC under the theme “The Glory Move” brought together 16 ministers and numerous pastors’ seeds at the Rubin Wellness and Conference Hotel in Budapest, Hungary.

And what’s a spiritual gathering without worship, prayers and fatherly impartation? NGC did not fail to have these embedded in this year’s program and lots more. While the spiritual body was being fed, the physical body was engaged as attendees had access to medical checkups. Career development and finance were not left out. The importance of godly relationships ( friendship, marriage, courtships) was also discussed. All intentionally designed to equip attendees for impact, influence, and the fulfillment of destiny.

So what next?

Remember, “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”  Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (NIV).
